ENHANCING COMMUNITY VALUE THROUGH TRAINING AND PARTNERSHIPS

Bridging the Gap: From Education to Employment (BTG) is an innovative, community-based labour force development model that connects prospective employers with individuals who have barriers to employment. It provides customized workplace and essential skills training. To accomplish this, partnerships are formed with the private sector, labour groups, educational providers, non-government agencies and government. The model is comprehensive, detailed and capable of being transferred to different communities.
