Partnerships
A Provincial Team reviewed past work and suggested refinement to better enhance the process. Research was undertaken to focus on business assessment and selection; participant and post-secondary institution selection. A professor from Memorial University of Newfoundland was also engaged to investigate instructor training.
“It was very rewarding to see the participants develop as the program went on. Their self-esteem just increased more and more. Also, it is gratifying to know that the partnering business will have good quality people!” - Previous Learning Instructor
Opportunities for Partnership

Since the inception of the BTG Model, it has been the vision to share the BTG Model with other Non Governmental Organizations, the private sector and communities. All indications show that this model is a flexible approach that can assist in meeting the labour force and labour market challenges provincially, nationally and internationally.
